The Fotopro P-4 tripod is an ultra-lightweight carbon fibre tripod that is ideal for the world of film and photography. In the transport position, it measures just over 40cm, weighing just 770g. Thanks to these parameters, you can easily attach it to your backpack or travel bag. Lightweight and durable

The Fotopro P-4 tripod is made of weather-resistant carbon fibre. The carbon is extremely lightweight and durable. The tripod’s maximum load capacity is 10 kg, with a mere 770 g empty weight! The movable platform, on which the head is installed, is a professional solution that allows additional levelling of the frame within ±9°. In addition, one of the tripod’s 3 legs is finished with a rubber lining, ensuring comfortable working during cold or very hot days, when the entire structure takes on the ambient temperature. All these improvements make the Fotopro perform in all conditions!

Convenient unfolding in all conditions

The tripod has a three-stage tilt mechanism for the legs, which are made up of four sections that are locked with a convenient swivel clamp system. A 45° rotation is enough to adapt to uneven terrain in seconds. The lack of a standard centre column allows shooting from a ‘frog’ perspective. The original setting also allows comfortable macro photography. Stable positioning of the tripod just above the ground is often a key part of preparing to photograph small subjects.

Interchangeable feet and adhesive spikes

The legs of the Fotopro P-4 tripod are equipped with adhesive feet. The rubber, non-slip tips won’t scratch delicate parquet or laminate surfaces, so they’re perfect for use at home or in the studio. They can also be easily removed. They will then be replaced by adhesive spikes made of stainless steel, which will provide adequate stability when the tripod is standing on compacted soil, ice, mud or sand.

Additional devices or accessories

Fotopro P-4 tripod is equipped with a 1/4″ female tripod mount. With its help, you can install an additional accessory on it, such as a hook or a mounting arm. Such a system will allow you to conveniently use tools such as preview screens, LED lights, directional microphones, sound recorders or teleprompters without investing in additional tripods.

What would a solid tripod be without the ability to quickly and precisely change the setting of the camera installed on it? The Fotopro P-4 model is compatible with heads equipped with a 3/8″ thread. The one that has been developed specifically with it in mind is the Fotopro P-4H. It is a ball head equipped with two independent rings for panning, an Arca-Swiss standard mounting plate lock, as well as a multi-stage clamp force adjustment clutch. It is also possible to increase the maximum height of the tripod by attaching the optional Fotopro P-4A central column. It offers an adjustment range of 19.5 to 32.4 cm.

Central column and head are not included. They can be purchased separately.
